Ran into an issue where a user clicked on a "fake virus" message. Used ComboFix to cure it. had to run ComboFix three times. initially to get rid of rootkit infection, then twice more to clean off the other infections. We'll see if the machine is truly clean. So far, so good.
Met with PPC committee regarding changes to policy as requested/suggested by the board. Those changes were approved. I believe they will go into effect July 1. Otherwise they go into effect immediately.
